Which team has the most to prove in Week 1?

I am going with Florida vs. New Mexico State, I think they will assert themselves as a legitimate contender in the SEC east if they can beat NMSU by more than 2 touchdowns.

A&M. We have to beat ASU who finished #12 last year. If not we basically let the SEC know we aren't a threat.

The Aggies. Easy. If they beat a decent ASU team they serve notice to everyone in the SEC.

We started last season 65-0 over Eastern Michigan (both EM and NMSU were 2-10 last season)...but I like the way you think
