Which school waste more talent LSU or UGA

I could list 5 or 10 players from each school that was great in college or are great now in the NFL. Yet, none of them have any National Championships. So Which school should have the title?

LSU has 2 national titles in the past 15 seasons, has 4 sec titles and 5 sec west titles. Thats better than everyone not Bama and UF. LSU hasnt had 4 head coches and a losing season in that time frame like UF has though.
