Wow...that's a tough one. I guess Tennessee although I'd personally prefer an East team to always suck

That's a tough one. I think you have to rule out Ole Miss if you think their penalties will last for 3 years.

I think it depends on the coaching situation. If UT gets a good coach and he's allowed to implement his system, then UT can be really good. I don't know how long LSU will keep O.

LSU waiting anxiously to buyout Cajun Gump.

Tennessee continues to Tennessee.

Ole Miss football ceased to exist after the Great NCAA Intervention of 2017.

I do not see a winner here.

UT (the right hire at the right time would be key)
LSU (2 more years of EUAX NEUAX)
OM (sanctions hit hard)

As of today, Tennessee. But, it's very likely we'll frick up this coaching change per the usual. LSU could get rid of Aleva tomorrow, Orgeron after next season, and be a contender in the next 3 years.

Ole Miss is done, it's over

UT if they go ahead and fire Butch. Even if the next guy they hire sucks, they will probably be able to get rid of him about the same time LSU is getting rid of Oregron. Hey he cant suck much worse then Butch this season

My vote is LSU. Clemson, UA, AU, and now UGA are going strong. Those schools traditionally recruit UTs recruiting area better than UT. It will take a couple of those to fall off before they can make a run again. Ole Miss will never raise above 10 win seasons.

One of those three don't belong on that list.

The answer would be LSU only because they are financially bound to their coach IF he can't turn it around next year. If LSU fired him with staff pay and what they're already paying out to the previous staff you would be paying out 50million to fired coaches. Orgeron is there if he turns out to be a major failure or a raving success. TN is not in that bad a financial situation.

Since 'better' is only used in relative to these three I think the answer's pretty clearly Tennessee.

Butch is a mediocre at best coach, but he seems to be pretty good at infrastructure. Unless they make a terrible hire, Tennessee isn't going to be any worse off than they are today - which means bowl eligible most every season, but a ceiling of 8-9 regular season wins. A really good hire and they're competing for the east title.

LSU's going to be next in line. Aranda and Canada will probably jump ship after this season and now that 0 has been exposed he won't be able to make more quality hires and will get fired in 2018, so three years from now we'll be starting the second season of their new coach. If they make a good hire, the pendulum will be swinging back up but they'll still be a year or two away from returning to competing at a high level.

Three years from now, Ole Miss will be feeling the biggest hit from the NCAA scholarship reductions. They'll go into the season hoping they can just win their three non-P5 OOC games.

Lsu has a much larger talent pool to cherry pick from so it should be them obviously.

UT they have talent and their coach should have a head start on LSU. Ole Miss is sadly done for a while. Hate it for them.

LSU

LSU due to recruiting alone. LSU can win even with a loon of a coach like Miles due to the default talent in the state Louisiana.

should be Tennessee, depends on the next hire

LSU is stuck with Eaux Neaux for at least another year because of the buyout

Depends on the next hire. I would think UT fires Butch before LSU does. UT should have a leg up on LSU. Ole Miss will have far fewer options to land a great coach, but if they find a diamond in the rough, it could be the winner.

Tennessee because they will get a new head coach after the season.
LSU second because they likely fire coach O after next year or the year after that . It could come down to who hires the better head coach.

Ole miss will be the worst program of the 3.

UT most likely because they are going to get the head start on hiring a new coach.
