I could say that you seem like an obsessive, freaky, clinging weirdo who has latched onto me for no good reason in just a very short time period but, that doesn't make it true.

Great. LSU is a fine team. I've always enjoyed watching their rivalry game with Ole Miss.
That type of history and rivalry is what keeps the SEC interesting.
Too bad about Tulane though. That was the best one; the 'ole Battle for The Rag. I hate to say this but, all LSU fans probably know it, LSU will never have another rival like Tulane.

Everyone knows who Alabama's rivals are. LSU is no more a rival to Alabama than Georgia or Florida is.
Alabama has had exciting and competitive contests with both Georgia and Florida but, that doesn't just make them rivals.
There is no history with LSU that is worth anything. Alabama used and abused them and thought no more of them than say, a modern day Vandy, for much of their mutual history.
Nick Saban, only as recently as 2000, made them into a team worth playing, for Alabama. I know that they were always a kind of decent team against other opponents but, never really against Alabama. Nothing really ever developed between the two teams or their fan-bases.
But, there are a lot of teams that are challenging, it doesn't mean it's a rivalry.
LSU fans are psychotic, for the most part. They dislike Saban because he left Miami, without their permission to change jobs, and they all feel a very strong connection to Miami.
They felt, because they are mentally insane in many ways due to their culture, he had no right to pursue employment without their consent.
That hatred and insanity doesn't create a rivalry, it just makes them bitter and weird.
