Alabama football catching Kentucky bball in SEC championships, or Kentucky bball catching Bama football in national championships?

So just at a quick glance, Alabama Football would have to win 30ish more championships to catch Kentucky Basketball in SEC Championships (by numbers alone).
Kentucky Basketball already has 8 national championships in basketball. Bama claims what? 13?

I thought Kentucky(bball) had 28 sec championships and Bama(fball) has 23 SEC championships?

Kentucky has 46 SEC Regular Season Championships
28 Tournament Championships (tournament wasn't around for a few decades)
