Saban. Even with 4 straight #1 recruiting classes and talent everywhere, he's lost his edge and getting a championship level effort for an entire season is going to get further and further from his reach.

Gus. x'sposed.

Spurrier. His give a frick has done left town, it's just waiting for his bag of bones and Coors cooler to catch up.

Les. No Chief to cover his offense's deficiencies and his mastery of QB evaluation.

Bert. He'll catch a virus in the Caribbean this summer and lose 60 lbs.

The guy at Vandy. He's out matched, out classed, out gunned in this league.

Freeze. Things are just weird in Oxford. The South Panola connection could become a big distraction as Peria Jerry's crew and how they intertwine with the Ole Miss campus becomes a story for some neckbeard that does a documentary on the girl being torched alive.

Richt. In the SEC arms race neither climbing nor falling is essentially falling.

Mullens, Butch, Stoops, Mac, and Sumlin w/ a competent Defense are all looking to keep ascending the coaching pecking order.

Pinkel will stay too hammered to do anything but be awesome.

Gonna be tough for bama to have another 12-2 type season with the schedule they have... Ole miss and miss state will also take steps backwards

If this is all I have to look forward to this off-season, an SECRant hiatus may be in my near future.

I'm finding all of the other boards are becoming so much more appealing.

But realistically, how much more can you decline from 0-8 SEC and 3-9 overall.

My money's on Freeze. The Ole Miss fanbase had nat'l title hopes this year and walked away 9-4 w/ an embarrassing bowl blowout. They will be back to middle of the pack and the fans will start getting restless.

I'm gonna go with Miles or Mullen.

MSU loses so many starters (yea, I know you have depth and rotate) that they're bound to have a down year. Mullen will receive lot's of undeserved criticism, but have MSU back the following year.

Miles just lost the foundation of his tenure at LSU. I won't go into specifics, but I thought LSU was slipping before Chavis left and even before they couldn't score against Arkansas.

I'm thinking it really goes downhill fast this year.

I'm seriously thinking of it myself.

Too many alter threads. Too many dumb arse posters starting dumb arse threads just to be dumb asses.

I agree. They lose everyone up front on both sides of the ball and maybe the QB if he goes pro. State will do well not to finish last in the west next season.

Chief - he's not going to be use to stepping down a couple levels in defensive talent.

He'll coach em up best he can but it ain't gonna be the same talent.

It's pretty sad. The joke that is trolling just never gets old to some. I don't understand it.

Bama may see a decline in football bro but it won't be while Nick Saban is head coach. You guys hollered 8-5 all offseason last year and he won 12 games and the SEC with Blake Sims at QB and a mediocre OL. Sorry but I think he will be around for a few more years.
