Where would you rank Deshaun Watson's performance

against other great National Championship performances?
I personally think it was the single greatest game ever by one player... To play like he did, on such a huge stage.... Just incredible.
The guts/grit/toughness/composure that Deshaun played with surpassed the Vince Young vs USC performance IMO.

You may be right. Just hope he keeps his head on straight better than Vince Young did. Hard not to like the kid.

I think y'all match up amazing well against our d. Plus I feel like Eddie Jacksons loss and moving minkah unfortunately really hurt us in the end. I was worried because since Jackson went down, we really didn't play a legit passing threat until the playoffs. He was sort of our step up big playmaker who really could have helped last night in the second hald. Overall, clemson was the better more complete team last night and it showed.

Not a fan of Vince Young or UT ... but I swear people forget (or aren't old enough) to truly realize certain games were truly special. That Natty against SC was.

Hell of a job. On that last drive he was so calm and just got the job done. That's how a championship game should be played.

Who called them that? I do t think anyone ever said they were better than that defense, but they are the closest we've seen since.

I don't know how you could argue that Vince didn't have all of those same characteristics in his National Championship game as well.
