Maybe top 5 but definitely on the decline! Les is slipping and I see atm being the #2 in the west.

BTW if Saban were to leave you'll be 6th or 7th in a year.

Because that's what happened to LSU when he left there, right?

Bama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, S.C., TAM and the rest.

Bama and Florida will be the top two due to superior coaching.

Georgia and LSU next in line due to inferior coaching. Georgia can't find a defense, and LSU can't find an offense.

LSU will begin to lose its hold on in-state talent if Miles continues with his out-dated Big-Ten offensive philosophy.

S.C. & TAM are still building their recruiting programs. TAM has the best chance to replace LSU as a perennial SEC power.

Auburn is still to be determined.

Tennessee & Arkansas need to improve their recruiting programs to be contenders

The rest are destined to be 3rd tier programs with little chance at a divisional crown

I think LSU is still as solid as ever. However, I also see them finishing 6th next year. They have little control over it, but at least 2 and likely 3 teams from the east finish ahead of them. Bama is Bama. A&M plays Mizzou and Vandy where LSU has I think Florida and UGA. Gonna be a tough year for them.

To be fair, LSU had a tough draw in the schedule this year against SEC East teams. I haven't seen next year's schedules for anyone but the Aggies. Perhaps the scheduling gods will be kinder to LSU for 2013.

LSU gets @UGA and Florida in BR.

I think LSU is still up there in the top 3-4 of the SEC. They aren't behind any team in the SEC. We beat SC and A&M, should've beaten Bama. We had an off day in our bowl. shite happens. If you want to believe LSU is second teir, fine by me, but when you play them, I think you will find out they are still as talented as any team in the country.

10-3 is a decent year by LSU standards and not what anyone wanted in BR, but we also played more freshmen than any other team in the country this year and they all come back. We aren't going anywhere.

well since we only lost to UF and BAMA id put this year as

Bama
UF
LSU
UGA havent won a bcs title or even played for one and beat them last time we played
Tamu havent won a bcs title or an sec championship and we beat them last time we played
USCE havent won a bcs title or an sec championship and we beat them last time we played.

the rest im not even worried about

As of right now it's Bama > Florida > A&M (beat Bama, but they're being ranked above LSU who beat them) > South Carolina > Georgia > LSU

Meh, we only lost to the top two SEC teams this year by less than two td's....if you think we now suck, then go ahead and tell yourself that.

Still top two or three. They have the talent to bounce back. Watch for them to put teams away next year rather than letting them hang around like they did this year.

They are still in the top 3. Toss up between them and the Gators. If Gators win tonight, then Gators 2, Tigers 3

BTW Who gets the easiest schedule in the conference every year??? We all the know the answer class BAMA.... Even though your coaches are better than ours. If BAMA played our schedule you'd probablly have 2-3 more loses the past couple years and probablly 1 NC.

You're pathetic.

They are the 5th best team in the SEC now, down from 4th. Not a big drop at all.
