a lot of people in the media touting Auburn as a contender and that they will be very good, how do they stack up against the top dog in the division?

What match-ups position wise are in their favor?

Where does Auburn outclass Bama this year?

Petteway over Bo and Harris?

How is Auburns O line compared to Bama?

AU's o-line won't play against Bama's o-line. They'll play against Bama's d-line. Compare positions that will actually face each other. Doesn't matter who is better between Bo or Pettway, for example.

Pettway and Kerryon are a better duo, yes.

Auburn has the most talented OL in the SEC by composite recruiting rankings.
And Auburn's OL had 108 combined starts which is only behind Tennessee with 111 in the SEC

Auburn has the best OL in the conference.

I understand comparing match ups as far as o line vs d line, but I also want to compare similar position groups as well.

Jarrett Stidham has the potential to be a STUD. He's Beethoven to Jalen Hurt's Spike Jones.

This is correct.

Both teams have a talented front 7 and both have talented secondaries.

Should be a very good match up this year. One for the ages.

They have no advantages

ETA: I take that back. They have home field advantage.

The answer is kicker.

Auburn has the best, Bama has a nobody and a worse than nobody.

But we have already seen it from Hurts.

Everything about Stidham is just assumed.

At least Harris has already proven it on the field.

Advantage Bama at QB IMO.

Kicker (who is/was a Bama fan)

Video scoreboard (of which Auburn has won about 3 home SEC games since its installation)

Veterinarian school (Bama doesn't have one)

Aside from kicker, there's no unit Auburn has that has an advantage over Alabama going into the season. UA has had as many as 10 1st team preaseason all SEC picks by some.

I hate the fricking thing.

Had to move my season tickets just to get away from it

Fitzpatrick is the only player i would take over any of our players.

RB, Qb, WR, OL, LB, CB, DL, K. Auburn is stacked at those positions.
