is this some kind of menstrual metaphor?

Bama substitutes players all game long. How are they "tired"?

we have a bye week now so it doesn't matter anyway, just commentators trying to fill airtime don't let it upset you.

There's a thead about the PC where someone asked Saban a question, and he said we've played a bunch of games in a row and we're tired from that. I think it's a pretty normal, non-controversial thing for any coach to say but apparently it's causing butthurt

Indeed. They have the deepest roster in the fricking country on defense.

It's a rather interesting dynamic.

Last week before the game, Saban got all pissy with the media about them talking about the 8 straight games with no bye. "we're not tired" from the HC.

After the game, the HC says Bama was tired and looked tired.

Alrighty then. Talking out both sides of a mouth is a acquired skill

LSU played MSU 9/19

LSU played UF 10/17

Only two "tough" games they've had.

Keep in mind TAMU beat MSU by 13.

I have only heard LSU fans talk about it. No one else cares.

Are stupid threads like this from LSU posters going to be the norm for the next two weeks?

It is. The team has played eight straight games with six of those being against worthy opponents. And they finished that stretch going into the bye with games against Georgia, Arkansas, Texas A&M, and Tennessee. The latter two were coming off bye weeks themselves.

If they weren't tired after that stretch then nothing will ever make them tired.

You don't hand your team an excuse BEFORE the game.

Tell us about your tough schedule. The wins Bama has hung their hats on look a little less shiny every week

My Cod.. Either you guys are trolling or you're serious f@cking idiots... For those of you who fall in the category of the latter, lemme break it down Barney Style: SABAN DID NOT WANT HIS GUYS USING BEING TIRED AS AN EXCUSE WHEN PLAYING TENNESSEE. QUESTION FOR YOU MORONS, WHEN ASKED THAT QUESTION LAST WEEK, DID HE SAY "NO WE ARE NOT TIRED?". HE SIMPLY DIDN'T WANT TO ANSWER THE QUESTION... Damn some of you are dense.

If this applies to you(you are one of the dense/dumb posters here, please feel free to downvote me, identify yourselves or respond to this post. I will be more than happy to apologize to you for being so stupid...

Bama plays three of the most physical teams in the conference in the month of October and you don't think they can get tired?

Where did LSU's "fatigue, need a bye week" dialogue originate?
quote:

No question. This is really about the perfect time to take it, late in the year, you've played several weeks in a row. There's some fatigue. It's a safety issue. The NCAA should understand it. There's a time when we all should take breaks because our kids get worn down late in the season and they kind of re-gear and recharge their batteries.

Never seen a fanbase so obsessed with coach-speak before.
