Its been two months since the new allegations were released. Any one have an educated guess on when the next good update will be?

Early to mid September I believe. We are expecting a ruling between mid October and mid November depending on if anyone request an extension before we go before the COI.

About 4 years and 210 days before UNC does.

I'm not an Ole Miss fan, but I hope that somebody in Oxford with some Galdang sense will take some of the NCAA enforcement guys out for a night on the town and treat them to the divine chicken on a stick at the Chevron one block off the square. Will change the future of Ole Miss.

The Hearing before the Committee on Infractions will be held in September.

the hearing will be this month this is in response to the allegations... then OM will have another 90 days to respond with the final judgement being handed down in late august early september.

It's a complex case with a lot of layers like UNC.
Might take another year to get through all of it.

You can't stop decades of evolution
Like Dr Alan Grant said in Jurassic Park: T-rex doesn't want to be fed, he wants to hunt.
Dogs and Rebs don't want to message board, they want to fling poo

Facts. OM recieved their NOA (notice of allegations) in february. (remember the video they put out). they have 90 days to respond to those allegations or this later this month(remember they are trying to get out of lack of institutional control allegations). then they sit before the COI which is like a sentencing... They can then have either 60 or 90 days to put together their arguments for less punishments... then the COI gets together again and hands down the final judgement. so if you learned math and know the process it is not rocket science to figure it out.

This isn't true.
We haven't even issued our response to the NOA.
Then the NCAA has 30 days to issue a response to our response to the NOA.
Then they have to schedule a day when the whole COI can attend the hearing which is only about 6 times a year.

That is just false. The COI is when the investigators present evidence and the OM administration gets to fight the allegations.
IDK where you are getting your information but you are way off base.

Question about the COI.
How many members of the Committee will hear OMs arguments? Does the entire committee sit in on the hearings, because presenting a case in front of a panel of up to 24 members sounds like a nightmare. Good freaking luck swaying the opinion of 24 people
