What's Wrong With NCAA Football?

I submit for discussion the following 3 items that are wrong with the NCAA Football. This DOES NOT list the obvious BCS issue, but could go to address it:

1) The Big 10/11 - add another team, become a real conference, have a title game and contend.

2) The Pac 10 - same issue. Consider adding Boise State, Hawaii, Utah, etc. and do the same as issue #1.

#1 and #2 will add to their conferences schedule strength, improve both leagues and end the BS discussions.

3) Notre Dame - so much to be said here. Option #1 - join the Big East Conference (like their BBall team has) and make that conference somewhat respectable and make it 10 teams strong. or Option #2 - join the Big 10/11 and solve issue #1 above.

So, there's my thoughts....discuss.
