Good Lord man, turn off the game and let it go. You're stroking out during a glorified scrimmage game that we are up by 21 points in.

This is why the Little Rock games are all but extinct. Pathetic showing.
This game is blatantly designed to give Arky an excuse to not play in War Memorial anymore.
It's a shitty game vs FAMU on a Thursday night that can be easily seen on TV. There would be plenty of empty seats in Fayetteville too.

Is this the official first melt of the season?
Eta: Tennessee premelts don't count.

I'm just curious why did Arkansas schedule a Thursday night game against FAMU? Thursday night games suck balls to start with and are hard for people to go to.... doesn't seem to make sense to me

SEC asked them to. 2 more days to prepare for TCU made it worthwhile

Its Little Rock. And Little Rock during a weekday game. I'm kind of surprised there are that many people in the stands at all.
There is reason that next year's Vandy game is very likely to be the last Razorback football game played in Little Rock.

It really is so stupid yall do this.
It's like LSU playing a game in Shreveport every year

For those that don't know. Little Rock used to be the stadium for the Razorbacks, the main stadium at least. And Central Arkansas football was good at one time.
Today, not so much. Central Arkansas football has gone downhill so much. It is terrible. More in gangs, thugging... and in basketball.
There was once so many big contributors in Central At as well. This has slowly played out also.
Time to take them all to the Hill.

Fayetteville has been larger by 20,000 seats since 2001. That was 16 years ago. The time to let go was back then. It's beyond stupid to still be playing down there. At a minimum, it hurts our attendance numbers and costs us $.

Particularly over the last decade. The crowds aren't there. The players seem to be treating it like a road game, and not even an important road game. Little Rock had a great run with Razorback football and its kind of sad to see it sputtering along now.

However, context does matter as to how it got started. Etal.

Rest in peace Frank Broyles, huh?

Actually Broyles building up world class facilities in Fayetteville is probably what caused this decline and he was the first to try and move as many games away from there as possible. I'm thinking he's OK with it.

Similar to State and OM playing in Jackson.
State last played there in 1991 and I think OM maybe the late 90's. It was a great venue during its heyday but it's time had passed.
Same with Arkansas and LR, games on campus are just so much better. Memorial Stadium in LR like its counterpart in Jackson has seen its better days.
Years back when travel to FYV or in MS , Starkvegas or Oxford was more difficult and the towns located in remote areas, it made sen$e to play in the state capitals.
Now w/4 lane Highways/Interstate highways, travel is much easier to campus. Throw in fact that the populations around the campus towns has exploded makes the decision for Arkansas a no brainer. Really they are last school in the SEC that still does this.
