It wasn't the widest margin ever, but Ole Miss was one of our 3 wins under Mike DuBose in 2000, and our only SEC win.

45-7.

Something like 47-0 in the 40s.

Most recently, we threw Maxwell Smith out there as a freshman QB and beat them 30-13 in 2011. They made him SEC Freshman of the Week.

Bo ran for 240 yards through three quarters, then took a refreshing nap on the sidelines during the fourth.

Between 1901 and 1931, Alabama outscored Ole Miss by a combined margin of 549 to 38.

Wasn't there a game in the '80s when Ole Miss had a 27-0 lead against Bama and Bama scored 62 unanswered points to blow them out?

That's the game he's referencing - 1989. That is tied with the Alabama-Ole Miss game in 2016 for the largest comeback in Alabama history. Ole Miss beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa the year before in the infamous "Brick Bowl." When I played football in high school, one of my coaches had been a player on those late 80s Ole Miss teams. Good guy.

'89 was also OM's Chucky Mullins team. After he got injured midseason they rallied and had a pretty decent year. I think a lot of people were pulling for that team.
