Didn't watch the Florida game. Haven't seen or heard much here about it. Watched the highlights here. Nothing but net. They look super sharp on both sides of the ball. How really really really bad is Muschamp? Can McElwain win 9 games this year?

I was gonna make a joke about how it's not hard to look sharp against New Mexico State. Then I realized that Anthony Jennings had a -21.5 QBR vs them last year...

Florida will upset someone this year. They looked like they had a pulse on offense, and the defense still has some outstanding talent.

UF held NMSU to -1 yard of total offense in 2nd half. The oline situation is scary but I wouldn't be shocked if we won 8-10 games.

Predicted 10 wins a month ago...but honestly...11 wins seems more likely. I know the competition was subpar...I get it, but my optimism isnt based on what the score was or game related...its based on precision of the offense...the timing, the execution of plays and also the influx of TEs into our gameplan and several WRs showing they can be gamers.
True frosh Antonio Callaway has the goods and started the game...true soph Brandon Powell wowed on his TD catch and run that showed really excellent physical skills and Demarcus Robinson is a receiver who gets open a lot...TJ Worton showed he will be a good target.
The tight ends will be a real strength and senior sixth year transfer Jake McGee will fight for the ball, Cyontai Lewis is TD threat and runs well, Goolsby ditto.
Our OL will get better and we have senior transfer Halter starting, David Sharp at OT has experience and was highly sought after recruit, Trip Thurman is r/s senior G that is experienced, soph Dillard did goof up a few snaps in his first ever start at center but he has talent.
All we need is improvement on offense with our defense, it is that lethal. Team speed on defense is awesome.
I really think Ole Miss and LSU are subject to lose to us. Im more worried about road trip to UK next week to be honest. We will beat the girls school at seasons end. UGA and @ Mizzou are the other possible pitfalls.
Will Grier is a star in the making folks and get ready to hear about him a LOT soon. He is going to be a rock star.
Harris is not chopped liver and its obvious that our entire offense and QBs have been coached up since McElwain took over.

I am terrified of this game. I won't deny it. I'm happy that we play Vandy while UF plays UT the week before.
My family is all Gator fans and we are going. We have already decided that my brother and I need to grab our tickets in the OM section because I know how hostile The Swamp can be when it rocking and I know it's gonna be rocking come that weekend.

We looked good but waiting to see us play today and UK before I start hoopin and hollerin about doing anything significant this year. Jury is still out on that o line.

That's why agama fans are so high on him. Our offenses were great under him at least they were physically dominant for sure. He will do a great job at Florida.

The QBs look worth a shite, really liked what I saw out of Grier from week 1. I said 7-5, but at least way more competitive, but McElwain will get it done.
