What would the SEC look like if they only allowed one school from each state?

I would think it would look something like this, mostly based on the best schools in each state for athletics:
East:
Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia
West:
Alabama, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Texas, Mizzou, Oklahoma, LSU
Man that would be a tough league for all around sports (minus Mizzou)

We would be screwed without Vanderbilt. There is a very good reason why they are in the league after all.

I mean, Vanderbilt wouldn't be that big of a deal if we lost them. Yes they help offset the shittier schools in academic-wise like the Mississippi schools and Auburn, but I don't think its that much of an impact.

Let me look at this year's NCAA tournament bracket.
I still don't see South Carolina on it.

Nor would you see Florida.
What is your point?
His point is you're a shitty poster. He has a point. A very good point.

I don't see the fighting crocodiles of the peninsular state just below the state of Georgia either

I never said Florida was "in," like you all did all season long. Florida was in after the West Virginia game, but tanked a little at the end. You all were so sure South Carolina was going to be in after the SEC tournament.
I'll chuckle at that for a while, and I don't know why.

You absolutely claimed that Florida would be in

Florida State would be in the SEC over Florida IMO

Not the academics, though those are great. Vanderbilt is a private school and that has some major benefits as regards things like FOI requests and the like. Every major conference has at least one private school tucked away in their ranks.

No, but you did see Florida 69 - South Carolina 73.
