Actually, I dont think they are allowed to file one against the NCAA, but lets say an alumni files one on behalf of TCU on the premise that AU has cheated TCU out of millions of dollars? If the suit was filed, would they not have to rule on it before the game could be played?

Talk about an ignorant post. How would TCU sue if the NCAA hasn't uncovered any wrong doing?

If it comes out that Cam Knew about the cheating and that Auburn knew about it they TCU could sue Auburn and Cam Newton for damages.

considering the FBI has the situation under investigation already, there is a case to be made for further action before the game is played. None of us know what wrongdoing has occured, but since the FBI is already involved, there is obviously some meat to this.

There is talk that the FBI is involved because of a big time Auburn booster and the Colonial Bank failure. Why would the FBI be involved if the father of an athlete simply asked a school for money. Have you ever heard of the FBI being involved over the recruitment of an athlete? In USC's case there was a big time payoff plus the star's family got free housing, etc. The Cam crap pales in comparison to what went on at USC.

at the very least, the rules have been bent to allow Cam to remain eligible. There is enough basis there to file a suit and to get a ruling.

If there is evidence that Cams father did recieve any money, Cam is done. There is a big difference in soliciting for the money and having actually recieved it, that argument has been made by the AU faithful for the past month. I work with an AU idiot, trust me i've heard this crap every damn day...
