I wouldn't let him near anything made of wood with those teeth.

SEC-related: Heisman winner Derrick Henry dropping to the 45th pick.

Non SEC-related: 15 quarterbacks were drafted.

Except that wasn't really a big surprise. Most had him pegged in the early to mid second round and the second RB taken, which is exactly what happened.

The drop of Alabama's DTs (Robinson and Reed) were a bigger surprise as most had them in the first round (also well before Henry) and they went in the second round (actually just after Henry).

5 picks aren't bad. Not sure what you mean here. Not high round picks mind you, but White, Beckwith, Pocic, Dural, LaCouture, Neal all stayed. That would have been 11 picks with at least 1 or 2 1st rounders.

If by dropping you mean being picked right around where everyone thought he would be drafted, then yes.

Also, not sure I would bring this up if I were you. In our "down" year of five picks we had as many drafted as Aggie did in 2016 (3) + 2015 (2).

He must be very talented. A true testament to his talent alone he should excel in the league with that kind of extraordinary talent

If you were smart this would scare you because it means LSU's talent is returning. You're an Aggie though, so we understand your confusion.

every player that entered the draft was drafted or signed an UDFA deal. 7 players entered the draft, 5 were drafted, and the remaining two signed deals. that's what happens when you return 38 of your 44 on the two deep

Who was drafted or UDFA deal that wasn't on your two-deep?

I think Tunsil having a bong pic with a confederate flag in the background, posted right before the draft was the biggest surprise
