I am no Aggie fan, but you are picking a fight with a school that is a better school, has more championships, has a better and bigger stadium, more fans, more alumni, more money, and more everything than Auburn. I cannot think of anything Auburn is better at than ATM. I am sure there is something, but ATM is even a better cow college.

Auburn has more national titles (5) but fewer conference titles.

The big 12 was vastly different 5-10 years ago. Lots of great teams that could beat anybody, home of the most heated rivalries. Since Texas has been in the gutter the conference has been less competitive, but don't let A&M fool you into thinking they ever won shite or helped the conference at all they are a turd football program. MU had good years in the mid 2000s however and did well in the sec the first couple years. As far as OU goes well not much to say, auburn is going to get clown stomped and OU owns the sec. with Herman at Texas and Bob at OU expect to see the conference trending back in a more competitive direction as a whole.

A&M still has the 6th most conference titles in the history of the Big 12. Still tied for 2nd most in baseball, still 2nd in Women's Golf, still 1st in soccer (West Virginia needs to win 4 more to catch them), still 2nd in women's swimming, and still 2nd in women's track (by a WIDE margin).

Clearly, they've done NOTHING for the conference at all.

Prior to joining the SEC in 2012, they were 3rd behind Nebraska and t.u. It took 4 years for Baylor, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State to pass them.

Yea they have a good athletic program overall just not in football. That being said I really liked going to games at A&M they always had a great atmosphere and respectable fans.

Mizzou didn't give a shite about Texas. Mizzou left to collect welfare money from other conferences. They started flirting with the B1G long before they left for the SEC and it was never about Texas for them. They're just whores for cash and the Texas situation gave them an excuse.

Didn't y'all apply for the PAC? It's all so confusing.

Both times I went to a game in Norman were miserable experiences.

The 1997 game because of the horrible weather (it was 51-7 A&M, but 9 degrees outside) and the 1999 game because of the shitty fans.

Auburn has 5? Pretty sure it is 2. I have never seen an Aubie claim 5, and I know and work with quite a few of them.

Usually don't hear of many bad experiences in Norman except for the insufferable Boomer sooner song, but I don't even understand why A&M fans now hate OU, both administrations including stoops and sumlin are close. In fact OU and A&M along with Nebraska often tag teamed Texas on many conference issues and voted together. There was never any football rivalry between the two schools. Regardless of what fans say on here the two schools don't hate eachother and both had opportunities to come to the SEC. A&Ms leadership just made the better decision obviously.

You weren't at the 1997 game. It was less than 10 degrees outside at night with howling winds (a wind chill of 2 below zero)

After the 1999 game we were STILL getting harassed after the game at our hotel.

Haha knew I wouldn't have to look long for a Lobotomy "We have 15 conference titles in Meat Judging" line.
You know times are tough when you're busting out women's golf.

Usually schools don't hate each other, some fans do. aTm and Texas are in a several years long tiff over money and those schools seem to hate each other, but nobody hates OU. In fact most of us would like OU to join the SEC in the next expansion(if there is one). OU would likely rather be in the Big 10, like Missouri wanted, except the Big 10 would gladly accept OU.
