Did you not see Anthony Jennings completely own their defense?! I think he is still running. Nobody wants to play on that defense. They had a guy in perfect position to tackle fournette and he got destroyed. They saw what would happen if they went there and they scurred.

They still have the number 4 recruiting class in the nation and really good skill players. If they get a defense, they will be fine.

The report that Jefferson was solid to A&M until he talked to Sumlin freaks me out. What in the hell did he say? I thought he was supposed to be a good recruiter.

Just to hazard a guess, Jefferson probably asked Sumlin who the DC was going to be and Sumlin told him not to worry about it. There was a quote from Jefferson that said he didn't get the answers he wanted.

As long as Sumlin is at aTm they will be the equivalent of Bobby Petrino's Arky. They will score a shitload of points. They will ruin a couple of seasons with upsets. They will bring in A LOT of quality skill position guys on offense.
However, they will never win anything significant because of the lack of a defense.
