So Silve is stepping down today and Sankey officially becomes commissioner.
What should his first act/change as commissioner be?
(Realistically within the power of the commissioner)

He needs to demonstrate who's in charge right off the bat, by moving the SEC Championship game to Tuscaloosa.

Do you two actually miss the humor in this, or are you just really bad at making your own jokes?

1.) Move SEC Office to Atlanta
2.) Announce an immediate rethinking of scheduling
3.) All violation-related allegations from any member institution must be cc'd to the NCAA as well as the NCAA, going away from the "Tell us at the League Office first, and theeeeen we'll tell Indy."
4.) Announce the abolition of permanent homes for the SEC Championship Game in Football and SEC Baseball Tournament.
5.) Pay SEC Officials in all varsity, scholarship-supported sports in order that they may become full time employees.
6.) Require SEC Officials in all varsity, scholarship-supported sports to face the same basic media obligations players & coaches are subject and accountable for.
7.) Require the SEC Office to publish rankings of officials in all scholarship-supported sports, as well as methodology for ranking.
This would be a fairly awesome start.

I move to the beat of my own humor drummer. Well, and I really would like the SEC home office in Nashville to return it to the historic roots of this conference.

He should have a wedding for his daughter at Bryant Denny Stadium (complete with fireworks).

Gotta pay them man. That leaves them no excuse for the freedom of scrutiny they enjoy, as well as the rankings. Make them full time and pay them that way and they have no excuse.

People who think the location of the SEC office matters crack me up.
Move it to Red Stick IMO. Give LSU fans 1 less thing to blame when they lose.
