TN losing
A&M losing

I am guessing Bama would enjoy a TN loss while LSU would love an A&M loss.

Who cares in the long run? I don't think either team is relevant nationally. Beat Bama and I'll change my tune.

I want UT to be undefeated when we play them. Which will most likely mean some kind of heartbreaking last-minute fluke play. Sorry Aggies.

So desperate to make it appear that both teams have an equal amount to lose in this game

We almost don't care. Sure it would be nice to win, but losing to a top 10 team on the road isn't a big deal for us and our goals for the season.

However, A&M has EVERYTHING TO LOSE in this game.

Alabama fans should know very well that a national title is stil obtainable with 1 loss

How so? We were expecting 8-4 and are doing much better than anticipated

It would be nice, but I never had NC expectations for this season. And again, I would rather lose to A&M and beat Bama.

Of course, we'll probably lose both games, but that's still not a season killer.

Seems like it would be advantageous to not have to beat Alabama of all people to maintain national title hopes.

Vol fans were hoping for a 10-2 season and to win the SEC East. We can drop both and still reach our goals. Not many of us expected to go to the playoffs. If we lose both, I don't think there would be much melt.. especially losing to a Top 10 team and being away, and the other to the number one reigning National Champs.

UT could lose both of these games and still win the East by winning out.
But Florida would have to lose at least one. Right?

Bama doesn't rely on other teams - they take care of business quite well on their own.

Bama relied on other teams in 2011 to get the rematch game. Fact.

Not really. You keep posting this.

If we lose, we still control our own destiny for the conference, and therefore, the playoff.

Win or lose, we still have to beat Bama to have a chance at any big goals.

We can afford one conference loss. We just have to beat Bama.
