I'm rewatching the game, and they are talking about Yeldon as a scat-back type of RB. But he's 6'2", 205 lbs, which isn't small.

6'2" and almost 220 llbs of beast. The kid runs like Dmac did years ago. He's gonna have a big year behind this OL.

I guess the question is, who does he remind you of?

He has speed, quickness, ability to break tackles although he may not be able to flat run over people, and great hands.

He reminds me of Darren McFadden.

I can see AP too due to his upright running style (DMAC has that too) but I think AP has a little more power and a little less speed. Obviously, it was the kid's first game so time will tell.

It's his cut. He has a very very quick cut and explosion into a hole when he see it. He has some nice moves in the open field. He does remind me of D Mac and he looks like a threat for a big play every time he touches the ball.

He reminds me of Kevin Jones from Virginia Tech years ago.

He reminds me of a skinner version of Alfred Blue.

I'd call him a balance back if anything. He has the ability to breakaway from defenders & pushing them between the tackles.

oh and I hate UA

He is not D-Mac or AP. C'mon.

Yeldon reminds me exactly of Harvey Williams. Some of you old timers may remember that guy. Good but somewhat unheralded TB that played for LSU in the mid 80s and later the Chiefs.

Same build, same running style. He just needs to grow his neck a few inches and he will be a Harvey Williams clone!
