What is the greatest game in your school's most heated rivalry?

Doesn't have to be important or relevant to any particular cause. Just a flat out awesome to watch game. I haven't really been alive all that long in the grand scheme of things as far as rivalries go, but I'd have to go with last year's Iron Bowl. I know the year before was the Kick Six and all, but that game wasn't particularly as exciting IMO until Amari Cooper caught that 99 yard bomb with like...9 minutes left in the 4th? Idr.
But in my opinion, it really solidified all that Blake Sims was as a football player and person. Dude threw 3 interceptions almost in a row and was pretty much the sole reason Alabama was losing to a pesky Auburn team looking to salvage their season. A whole bunch of lead changes had me on my seat and great plays were everywhere on both sides. Pretty much won Amari the Bilitnekoff trophy too. Game was a high scoring affair that ended at a solid 55-44(36). Making it the highest scoring Iron Bowl in history
Roll Damn Tide.

1998 vs UF. imo.
I believe it was the first overtime game in SEC history, could be wrong though.

Probably the '97 Egg Bowl where Tuberville went for a two point conversion after scoring a touchdown. Ole Miss converted and won the Egg Bowl by 1.

As an Auburn fan, you're dumb. Saban's first Iron Bowl win was more important for Bama, shutting out Auburn was a statement.
As for Auburn, the Camback and keeping our national title hopes alive.
1989 beating Bama in the first Iron Bowl in Jordan Hare.
Bo Over the Top in 1982. Sending the Bear out with a loss and ending Bama's streak.
Those three stick out in modern history.

Auburn vs. Georgia in 2002 is one of a few games I remember the most. We lost and I melted like a little girl for a week (some ex friends Said it was longer) but that was a great game. The obvious would be the lucky hail marry or the kick six but that Georgia game still sticks with me more. Hell of a game.
By the way, had he not tapped his toes together, the ball would have been deflected and AU wins. Motherfricker.
However, time heals all wounds so I'm now over that mothefrickinggame. Son of a Bitch.

Either 1997 when Tim Couch went for 498 yds / 7 TDs against the Dirty Birds to open the season or 2007 when "Stevie got loose" at Commonwealth.

Our best game with them that they won was Halloween 1959.
Our best game with them that we won was maybe 2009 when Shay Hodge caught a touchdown pass from Run DMC, and Les forgot how time works.
Honorable mention: Gerald Glass vs. Chris Jackon

1982-86 were Iron Bowls we see but not in a row these were:
1982 Auburn 23 Bama 22
-Bo over the top with seconds to play. Bama is picked driving back down the field.
1983 Auburn 23 Bama 20
Bo runs for 256 and Auburn comes from behind in the Tornado Bowl twice in the 4th qtr
1984 Bama 17-Auburn 15
Maybe the biggest upset in the Rivalries history. McGinty misses 2 FG's and sends LSU to the Sugar Bowl
1985 Bama 25 Auburn 23
Probably the best Iron Bowl in history. Bama goes up 16-0 Auburn comes back to take the lead twice late in the 4th. Van Tiffin hits from 52 as time expires
1986 Auburn 21-Bama 17
Auburn rallies from a 17-7 4th qtr deficit behind Brent Fullwood. Auburn converts 2 4th downs on the final drive and Tillman scores on a reverse with seconds to play.
Most of you weren't alive when these were played but in the 80;s it seemed every game literally came down to the last play. Still the golden age of the Iron Bowl.
