What is the Bama coaching staff doing with all of the talent?

Since 2013 we have squandered all of great talent we've had. It's especially apparent this year when we have zero leaders on the team and no QB worth a crud.
Also, our special teams have been hot garbage since 2012. That falls straight on the coaches. We've also ran off a lot of talent. Not sure how. We are an injury away at RB from being in a very bad situation.
I think Nick needs to clean house and get fresh people around him.

Was your account hacked? Alabama has a lot of talent, the QB is shaky.

What are they doing? They're winning a shite ton of games. I don't think they'd 100% run the table in the regular season, but with a good QB, this team would have a really good chance. The kicking problems have nothing to do with talent. The talent has produced. The QB position is holding back this team.

You need a mix of blue collar guys with that talent.
I'm convinced that's the right mix.

They won the SEC the following year and made the playoff. I know it's fun for other teams to make fun of Alabama coming up short, but it's scary how close Alabama has been to winning NCs in the last few years that they didn't actually win it.
