Both could be open in the next few months and they will likely go after similar candidates

If you're a big name coach, which job interests you the most of the two?

I say A&M

Basically a toss up but I would definitely rather live in the mountains rather than the heat in Texas

Vols have a much more storied/successful history than A&M does. A&M has jizz jars.

aTm and it's not close.

Vols didn't even have the money or wits to take care of the grass a couple years ago. It took some directional school making fun of them to realize they ought to take care of the grass.

aTm (does that stand for azz to mouth?) has gaping buttloads of money in their endowment.

Aggies just need to get rid of their yell leaders unless of course they are the first LGBTQ(Yell Leader) friendly school in the nation. Maybe they are.

I like the state and people of TN more than those weird cult fanatics down in TX

I would say A&M due to the in-state recruiting base and the money/endowment associated with A&M. A&M is really quite an enigma. For all their talent and potential talent, if they just had a decent coach, they could be a serious contender in the West every season. Sumlin just isn't cutting it there and Chavis has improved their defense one bit.

Tenn has good talent in the area and no real competition,

But Aggies are in Texas, have wayyyyy more money, and better facilities.

So gotta go Aggies

Depends who you ask, as well as how much weight you give the variables in question.

For the record, Penn, Harvard, and Yale historically have more wins/stronger traditions than almost every team in the country.

Ultimately, salaries, perks, and benefits probably have the most influence, but both jobs are pretty stout. A guy from Tennessee would likely want to go home; same goes for a coach from Texas.

It's a crap shoot so you play Russian Roulette with 2 bullets. One with orange paint on it, the other with an aTm on it. The bullet that kills you is the school you go to cause you'll be a dead man walking after your first season anyway due to over expectant fans. If youre just brain dead due to a bullet, you go to Arkansas
