I could not recall playing WKU. I was wrong. Vanderbilt and WKU have played 3 times. All of the games were in the 1930s though, so that would explain my inability to recall the meetings. It's hard to remember something that happened before your grandparents were born.
Vandy won all 3. The 1931 game was 52-0. 1932's scoreline was 26-0. Continuing the trend, WKU cut the deficit to 12-0 in 1939. So basically, history says that Vandy will totally shut down WKU's offense.
(Please don't bring recent, relevant statistics into this. Let me believe, please.)

They are young grandparents then in my book.
Even tho WKU is close they were in the old OVC which meant playing north more than south.

That would be brutal considering how bad their defense was last year, but I'd take the W and move on.
Grits, as for my grandparents, I am not so old myself, so it follows the grandparents aren't yet dinosaurs.
