Um, for purposes of a thread on SECRant I'm gonna assume we are talking about SEC titles. We don't care how many titles A&M or Mizzou have from their old conference, either. We're talking SEC titles here, bruh.

Depends on how you count championships. I'm either behind the 16 claimed (the Bama counting method), or I'm prophesying (taking the 6 AllIn2010 pointed out from '83, Stallings' 1, and Saban's 4).

Your number was based off claimed championships at the time, which didnt include championships you were talking about
quote:

Either way, I am fine with any fan base claiming the AP, UPI, Coaches, BCS, and playoff championships. Those are all universally accepted

So you are also fine with claiming ones that arent necessarily universally accepted, clearly by your screen name.

And however many you wanna give us credit for, it's still more than anyone else so that's cool, too.

and there is the familiar red herring from bama fans in the debate...

Hey,"bruh" I'm just pointing out Alabama's flag girls walk around waving silliness from the '20's from the SIAA or Southern conf

I like you man. You're a good dude. I was jabbing at AllIn2010. Don't make it something it isn't.

I created this screen name over 7 years ago. Is evolving one's thinking/approach not allowed over nearly a decade? I gumped pretty hard back then. Not nearly as much today (didn't say not at all, just not nearly as much)

how is it inaccurate?

You're allowed to evolve but you're still going to get shite for things you said before. Especially when it's still on your profile.

Don't be such a pussy. Take your lumps. It's a message board. Not a big deal.

I know this, but you of all people probably shouldnt make that comment, considering your screen name on here
quote:

its a red herring and has nothing to do with what we were discussing. No one stated they had more than Bama, so why bring it up. Its how bama fans always try to end the topic, like it means anything more to the debate.

fully expect it. No biggie (tone and inflection in text form don't often come across, but I'm fine with the give and take trash talk...it's what we come to this board for in some respects).

well, if i cared enough i could start over and change the name, but it's all good.

Yeah, like the NCAA. But ehat does the organization that runs the whole sport know?

I wonder how many the organization that runs the whole sport says Alabama has? Or recognizes Alabama has to use Auburns passive claiming lingo.

If your state hasn't won or played for a title in the last 8 years you're irrelevant.
