I don't think anybody thinks Auburn should be ashamed of anything. The backlash comes from the needless Georgia troll. And, it backfired. I am a bit surprised so many people came back on Auburn, though. Caught me off guard...and obviously caught Mr Tee off guard, too.

From the year I (that's me) was a Freshman at UGA I've seen 6 SECC's, 6 Sugar Bowls, 1 Cotton Bowl(when it meant something) & a Natty... Reading comprehension is your friend, you big frickin dummy...
And to be honest there's not a thing about UGA & Athens Ga. I'd trade for anything in greater Opelika...

What backlash has come back on Auburn? You mean the bammers who bash Auburn at every opportunity and the Arkansas tards that have about the weirdest obsession with Auburn I have ever seen. Like being criticized by fans of a bottom dweller like Arkansas means anything anyway

The only P5 teams inside that boundary that have not won a championship more recently than UGA are Vandy and South Carolina.
The two on this list I take umbrage with are also the two oldest: Clemson and Tech.
Clemson won theirs the year after ours (1981) and haven't sniffed one since (whereas we at least played for the title in 1982 and have at least come close to making it in the past decade or so). Same goes for Tech whose last title was in 1990 and wasn't even undisputed; they share the title with Colorado after beating #19 Nebraska in the Citrus Bowl.

You guys were run out of the thread for a good while. Fans from several other teams came to our defense and pointed out that we had done as well as Auburn and also pointed out that the year was simply arbitrary. And it wasn't just Bama fans. Maybe you should go back and read the entire thread?
By the way...are you guys still eating their own on your recruiting board? And before you try to pull the "Why are you reading our recruiting board" face....you and jrljr lurked on our board down voting almost every post for almost a month.

UGAs had 13 seasons with 10 wins since then. We see been to a bowl game since 1996, which is 3rd longest in the country. We've played for the SEC Championship in half the years Mark Richt has been there. We also play 2 Power 5 teams almost every single season.
We're also .500 against Auburn in that same stretch. Must suck to lose to a shitty team so much.

Not particularly. Honestly...and I don't mean this as a cut to Auburn....you won one Natty with a kid who stole computers and played for another one with a kid who stole from his teammates. That doesn't bother you. I get that. I just don't want to win one like that. It was not a criticism. I realize EVERY team has bad apples on them. It just seems they become the key players for Auburn.

This has actually become kind of disappointing seeing as Antwuan Jackson is the only guy we are really going head to head for ATM. Is this what domination feels like? Cause it's kind of unsettling...
