Knock down Barnhill Arena and build a parking garage.
Assign student seating so the students can tailgate and still be guaranteed a seat.
Light rail from Baum Stadium area to campus.

Tell UPD/GPD to stop being dicks to everyone.

Stop playing the songs Dynamite by Taio Cruz and Let's Get It Started by the Black Eyed Peas. (for obvious reasons)

If you assign the students seats, what's to stop them from rolling in in the 3rd quarter for a few minutes then leaving?
Students being GA is a good thing, it lets the ones that are serious about football get good seats.

Whoa now. We need parameters around weight. I LOVE Arkansas, but we're Arkansas

The food inside the stadium could be better and with more choices. I know that is not a easy thing to do but its a issue for us.
And if someone could do something about the September heat, I would appreciate that. I cant imagine how hot its going to be at our opener this year tailgating all day

Beer served in the stadium would be awesome.
The shuttles need to run faster or somehow find more parking

legit wish that UAPB band played for arkansas. God UAPB is fricking awful lol but their band is so lit it's crazy. honestly i'll take Central High's band over the Arkansas band . i got a 16 year old brother that's in the drum line at central so i go to their games when i'm in town and they put UofA to shame

really that's the only thing that could make the sec better. .every SEC school needs to just bring in the closest HBC's marching band. could you imagine LSU with grambling states band that would be crazy.

Too many old fans who get mad when you cheer. I believe they're referred to as "blue hairs."

Bring back Dixieland Delight

In the stadium:
- For the love of God, finisht he damn job on the North side of the structure! Especially with the new Reed Alley renovation (which looks fantastic), they need to brick over the giant concrete joists that were put up in the last expansion of the stadium. There's also two giant staiercases on that side that currently consist of nothing more than exposed metal and gray concrete. Clean that shite up and stop making it look like an unfinished construction job.
- As WG said, hire some damn full-time trained workers for the concession stands. Better yet, lease out the concession spaces to local places like The Varsity so they can actually run it efficiently AND serve something more unique than shitty hot dogs and pizza.
- The music and sound system have improved in recent years but I would like more of a Georgia-centric feel to it. If you're going to blast rap, make it Outkast and DSGB and TI and, shite, just pick someone off the extensive list. Playing country? Zac Brown Band is choice. Rock? Pick an Athens or Atlanta band. Just make it actually feel like Georgia's stadium. It has always peeved me off to no end that they have this unique looking setting in Sanford Stadium but insist on trying to make it sound like every other place. We have arguably the best state music scene from top to bottom in the South. Take pride in that!
Outside the stadium:
- Everything WG said. Athens is so prime for tailgating and, yet, our own frugal nature keeps it from being used. Everyone goes straight to ECV or Myers Quad to tailgate when you have places like North Campus, Brooks Mall, Herty Field, and the new Terry/Special Collections lawn that either have to be rented out or are so hamstrung with rules that nobody even bothers. There's not a whole lot to be done for the immediate area around the stadium but, honestly, that's ok. The cemetery behind the east endzone is really the only option and the Football Lettermen have had that space on lock for a while. Otherwise, the campus has incredible opportunities but UGA is at best doing nothing to make those spots friendly to fans.
Areas around campus:
- Athens is largel perfect as a city for gameday. There's The Loop beltway to divert traffic around the city, an infamous number of bars and music venues, a fantastic selection of restaurants and eateries. The one thing that I think could be improved upon would be the hotels with close proximity to downtown. Right now there is Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Best Western, The Graduate, and the Hilton Garden Inn (normally I'd include the University Hotel on campus but that is largely taken up by the team itself and all the big donors). Everywhere else requires a car, uber, or taxi. Right now, they're expanding the Best Western and building a Hyatt onto the Classic Center. There was talk of a hotel going up at the intersection of Hull and Broad but I haven't heard much about it lately.
