How many times has LSU played Kentucky?

I'm just having some fun with the stat, but combining the two LSU has played the traditional doormats far less.

Oh, he had gotten lazy as a recruiter. That's a fact. But he never got over the loss in Pasadena.

Arkansas

1-9 vs. Florida - 3-7 if not for Reggie Fish and bad officiating.

4-10 vs. Georgia - I think we play the name, not the team.

3-4 vs. Kentucky - Thank you Houston Nutt.

2-4 vs. Missouri - Reggie Herring bowl, and we've sucked against the yankees.

4-10 vs. Oklahoma - meh

35-29 vs. Rice - They were actually pretty salty from the late 50's to the late 80's, probably SMU style.

37-31 vs. SMU - Auburn of the SWC.

4-13 vs. Tennessee - meh, Stoernover.

22-56 vs. Texas - Watched these games since 1976. Anywhere from 10-20 of these games were wins for Arkansas/losses for Texas, were it not for blatant cheating by SWC officials.

So that one fumble is responsible for all 13 losses against Tennessee?

Since this Tennessee frick doesn't seem to comprehend, what I meant is essentially 4-13 is about right, given what our program has been in the recent past. We certainly did piss one game away, due to bad coaching, and an absolutely stupid error on our QB's part, so it could easily be 5-12.

That alright with you, you flea-infested mutt?

Watching you Arkys blame Stoerner for your loss in that game is always hilarious.

But I didn't just blame Stoerner, did I? If our coach wasn't a mouth-breathing idiot, he would have reminded the QB that taking a sack there wasn't the end of the world.

Stoerner played enough football to know he could have just went down, no harm no foul. We kick the FG, game is over.

Bama 35-43-1 (Wish it was better, but beat them more than any other SEC team as we win 45% of the time)
Arkansas 13-10 (pretty embarrassing)
Florida 43-38
Georgia 55-55-8
Georgia Tech 47-41-4
Kentucky 25-6
LSU 21-27
Ole Miss 29-10
MSU 61-25-2
USCe 10-1-1
Tenn 28-21-3
Vandy 20-21-1 (most embarrassing but 13-2 since 1960) still looks strange in the record book.

Interesting observation.

Did you also notice that post-1992 expansion Bama's played UK & Kentucky a combined 21 times?

Want to guess how many times LSU's played them in that same time period? I'll give you a hint. It is more than 20 but less than 22.

How about this for embarrassing; Auburn went 5-5 against Houston Nutt's Arkansas teams, to include the 2000 (6-6) team, 2001 (7-5), 2004 (5-6), and 2005 (4-7).

Bielema sticks around as long as Nutt did, and you're going to commit seppuku if you're embarrassed now.

Tulane has also beaten Ole Miss more than they've beaten any other team in history.
