I'd take off the ILB and replace with Center.
Now, if we are talking just Offense and Defense, no special teams, take off the Kicker and replace with ILB.
In terms of Margin for Error, (lack thereof) the Kicker is number one. There are a bunch of EXCELLENT kickers not in the NFL.

With the rule changes tilting so heavily towards offense over the last decade, I believe cornerback has overtaken quarterback as the hardest position to play in sports. You see rookie QBs coming in and making an immediate impact like Andrew Luck, RGIII, Jameis Winston, Mariota, Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, Cam Newton, etc.. You don't see great rookie cornerbacks as often as you see great rookie QBs anymore.

What are the top 5 most difficult positions in FB?Center is top 5
Yea, pretty much agree with the list but would have to put the Center in the top 5 over the kicker.

QB
CB
LT
C
K
FB would def be up there but less use now days .....you run head on into a LB or DE nearly ever play.

Offensive line in general is difficult, you need mental toughness and physical strength.
Middle linebacker (you're in charge of calling the defense and making sure everyone is lined up)
Quarterback because you have to read coverages, get your guys lined up, and not make mistakes.
Cornerback/Safety (learning how to read the receiver's routes and how to cover each one based on man/zone)
Running back (this one you wouldn't think, but you have to know how to find the holes and hit them at the right moment. Plus you have to be tough as hell to take the shots you take and hold on to the ball)
Two others that are difficult
1. Fullback (learning the perfect angles to take out defenders to clear out paths for your back or your QB on designed QB follow or QB draw plays, especially in a wishbone attack)
2. Kicker/Punter (must be accurate and have power, but also have control over the power you have and use for that kick or punt)

Being white and playing anything but QB, OL, TE or FB.

Although LT is among the most important, I don't think it's among the most difficult. They're basically on an island most of the time.
I'd put center in the top 3.
