I know Clemson is undefeated but they didn't seem as dominant as Bama last night.

Would be hard to place them over Clemson with Clemson's wins over Notre Dame and Florida State.
Also, Ole Miss heading south does not help Alabama

Zero. Clemson might be headed for a fall, but they've performed well enough to retain the #1 ranking. I mean, they survived a top 20 team even if they took a while to get their motor running.

Bama has a loss, Clemson doesn't they'll keep Clemson #1.

I don't think that matters at this point. Ohio state got in last year with a shitty loss to v tech. Bama will stay top 4 if they win out, even if ol miss lose their remaining games.
