I'd say most are in the SEC.

Florida is a big one, but what are some others?

Most SEC schools aren't going to lose a successful coach to another college program. Vandy and Kentucky are the only places Id consider true stepping stone schools.

BAMA, LSU, FLA, UGA, USCw, UTx, TAMU, ND, ORE, OSU, MICH

Come to mind.

Great facilities, large fan bases.

Most coaches wouldn't leave one of these schools for another, in my opinion, unless a substantial increase in salary comes with it. But all these schools have money for their coaches, so...

Well except three of the most successful ever..
Bama/UT/UF all lost coaches to other CFB programs in the last 15 years.

I understand..just saying it's odd that the only 3 SEC school I can remember lately losing coaches to other programs are what most would consider destination jobs:
UT/Bama/UF

UGA is not a destination job. If they can attract any coach they want.. Why did they go after Ray/ Goff? Why did they just now building an indoor practice facility. Did u also read article on how Richt pays coaches out of his own pocket? Uga football has poor AD support for years. These are not signs of top program.

Uf isn't what it used to be. The campus and the town have really declined in recent years. They have extreme liberal politics who have just destroyed what was once a really nice college town.

I grew up there. I find it shocking how much it has declined.

Many people make funfun, but Goff is a UGA legend, quarterbacked a team that played for a national championship and won the SEC

He was not a great coach, but giving him a shot was not a big stretch
