Unless he really doesn't want the money and his end game is going after Ole Miss. Of course for that to be the case, you'd have to think the confrontation regarding the agents is true. Maybe the lawsuit is his means to get the staff under oath. I have no idea, but this is so crazy I wouldn't rule anything out.

This was not as much an attack on him as it was OM. The bong pic was posted to get everyone's attention and then the perpetrator dropped the hammer.
