They would have been better than mizzou. At least they'd bring a big time basketball program and wouldnt have been so pussy as to demand the sec east like mizzou.
Does kinda look garbage af for 350 Million tho... That's about what Razorback stadium costs all told and it is leagues better than that. Am I missing something?

Would've made more sense, if only for the basketball program. Mizzou isn't considerably better in football historically and they are in a seemingly better period as a university.

Of all those schools in selecting the 14th member, A&M played the largest role. We brought Mizzou with us. It's our fault.

I'm up here in Columbia for the game and I'm impressed with the stadium so far. It doesn't look near as shitty from the outside as it does on tv.
I really do hate they are getting rid of the rock M after this season and am glad as hell I get to see it before it is gone.

Kansas has accepted that football is a sport and they're tired of sucking at it. Very happy to see what they're doing up in Lawrence.

You guys blast Mizzou's stadium well ku's is much worse. It only holds 50K. I think they're still paying Charlie Weiss which is hilarious.

The 350 price tag includes the Memorial renovations, a brand new indoor practice facility, a new volleyball arena, and fairly large renovations to the baseball stadium.
The stadium renovation itself will be 300. It costs a frick ton to redo a place that old.

Crazy to me how schools will drop 350 million on a stadium renovation but wont pay top dollar for a coach :/

I don't care how much money is on the table, no coach is coming to the current dumpster fire that is Kansas football. It's gonna take some actual interest in the program from the fans and university (like the renovations) to get anything going again.
