I think everyone has a problem understanding 3rd and Chavis. It has never been about overall 3rd down percentage, as he always excelled there at LSU as well, but the fact that he regularly gave up 3rd and nearly impossible and 3rd downs in the closing minutes of games. Chavis has actually been consistent about producing a good 3rd down defense and scoring defense.

aTm fans - you are catching the Tigers in Limbo and this will be a Limbo game - if you can't beat Lsu this Saturday there is a chance it will be a long time before you do
we really don't care that much about aTm but I will be at the game to give Les a big cheer !

Sad part is that we have been preparing for a lose-to-Chavis melt all offseason that we will never see.

I think the excuse should be resting on you guys. What is happening here with this team is below favorable result for us. Not mentioning the complete beat down physically and mentally from the last 3 games in which your program must be at a high level of confidence. So I don't care if you use this as my excuse beforehand, but you should be ashamed of your self if you don't win.

This game doesn't matter anymore. I still hope we win, but it has less meaning now than it did in the beginning of the season. Aggies are trying to get in front of it before the game. This may be your best shot to get a win. Good Luck
