Given up? No. Prioritized our focus...yes.
We are unranked, middle of the pack in the SEC, and Les Miles may be coaching his last game ever at LSU...I think we are about where we should be.
We will watch, support, etc...but will we be hostile? No. Even the people who want Miles gone are sad to see him go. You are not important enough to fret over...the difference between a Peach Bowl or Independence Bowl really isn't celebrated around here like it is in College Station.
The future of our program definitely has precedence over a meaningless game with A&M fighting for 4th place in the West.

I will make my 10 hour round trip drive for the game. If I see you I will do what I always do to several opposing teams fans. I will thank you for coming and make some comment about the game.
That being said, I was surprised at how dead the campus and the stadium was for the Arkansas game. I am expecting the place to resemble a funeral home. My hope...push the negativity aside and support my team.

I don't remember the last time I was so indifferent toward a home SEC game. If I wasn't already in town for thanksgiving, I wouldn't have even made the drive Saturday from NOLA.
