You're a troll. How is Bama being here a fluke?
This is their 10th time at the WCWS so it's no fluke, even though their offense honestly isn't up to Alabama standards this year.

7-1 UCLA over Oregon

Today we have the winners bracket with LSU vs Florida followed by Michigan vs UCLA .

Saturday is losers bracket with Tennessee vs Auburn followed by Bama vs Oregon.

Yes, Gramp Gump. Bama plays Saturday.

Seems strange at first glance that the winners of the first round play the next day but the losers, including Bama, get a day of rest. REC doin' work?

I see that you just can't stay away, Roadkill...kinda like a moth to a flame, huh?

And with the bats that Alabama's swinging, I'm afraid a day won't help.

Yes.

The WCWS isn't drawn out like the baseball CWS so to avoid being eliminated after the first two days, the four losing teams from yesterday will not play again until Saturday.

There are only two games scheduled tonight. Each of the four games on Saturday will be elimination games.

A minimum of two games (max 4) will be played on Sunday and the "Best of 3" championship round will begin on Monday. Barring any unforeseen issues, the champion should be known by Tuesday or Wednesday night.

This is to keep players/fans in town for another day. Makes a huge difference in the amount of money the city can make.
