Our hitting has gotten worse the deeper we go into the postseason.
If not for Haeger's hitting and home runs we're not even in the finals.

I mean the pitching is top notch. This lefty and LSU's Hoover are no joke.
The only game that I felt that UF really disappointed offensively was against Auburn, especially given the amount of pitches the Auburn pitcher threw against UCLA.

She pitched tonight, and held Michigan to 1 run. That would be enough normally, but our bats went cold tonight.
Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if the freshman makes an appearance for a few innings tomorrow. Shes gone 3-0 vs. Michigan this year. Tonight was the first time that Haegar has pitched vs. Michigan.

They scored 2 runs off our freshman on Monday and only one off our ace yesterday, but we can't figure out their left hander for shite. We have scored zero runs off her in 11 innings.

Auburn had the hot bats in the post season. Something happened between game 1 and game 2 of the UK vs UF game. Did Florida go cold or did UK find a hole that others have now exploited?

I think its a combination of facing better pitching, the fact that our best HR hitter Castro is in terrible slump, and that the pressure of repeating could be getting to them.
Remember, it was just a 1-0 defeat last night, and prior to that despite the cold bats, UF had won 15 straight CWS games.

Two poor defensive plays in the first inning lead to a 1-0 for the Big Blue Yankees.
