Watching Florida at Missouri (baseball) on the SECN. I am shocked at ...

the fact that so few fans are there. I mean, that stadium is empty. Even behind home plate.
It's a nice day. Missouri is having a nice start to their season. The 5th ranked Florida Gators are in town.
And the stands make it look like a little league scrimmage where only the parents have showed up.
Explain yourself, Missouri.

Hey - you have a good team. A really good team. Which is why I find it odd that it's possibly the emptiest SEC baseball stadium I have ever seen during a game. Especially a game that should create a lot of interest given the team you're playing.

It's college baseball. Never mind that baseball is boring to watch at all levels, this is college baseball. It consists almost completely of athletes who couldn't make it in college football and weren't good enough baseball players to be drafted in the first round of the baseball draft.
I would definitely rather watch a game in person than on tv but it's a stretch to call it a big time college sport.

And I am worried about our game against Vandy. The GSB thread states our game is tonight at 7:00 PM on the SECN. So I turned on the SECN only to see the Tigers and Gators playing in an empty stadium and decided to comment on it.
So yeah ... just relax a bit. It's the weekend.
