Honestly this line can't be used this year. If it was in the period of 2006-2013, I'd agree, not now.
Washington is pretty good. Their best asset is their coach. Chris Petersen was involved in a major, major upset in a previous time.
Give him the time and maybe he can make it interesting. I don't think Washington can win though.
