Is that really a big deal? It's not like they're uncommon.

I had heard this. Wouldn't be surprised if he has several nice watches. I would take something other than a rolex but it's still very nice

You think watchuseek posters don't know the difference between a vintage Rolex and a street POS? I'm sure it's a family piece. Not sure what the issue is. Numerous guys his age have family rolexes.

It's a nice offset to the touching story that accompanies his right wrist.

Nice watch. I wouldn't buy one for one of my college-age kids, but his parents can do as they want.

Who really cares? I'm sure his parents either a) bought if for him to celebrate his accomplishments.. or b) his dad let him borrow it.

Geez.

Aggy isn't good at buying gifts for athletes, a perfect example is Eric Dickerson driving a new Tran Am to SMU paid for by Aggy boosters...

Just because he is wearing it doesn't mean that he bought it.

He might have borrowed it from someone just to wear to the ceremony. It being on national TV, I'm sure like the other candidates he wanted to look his best.

His grandfather/family owns a legit mens clothing store in CS. It's not surprising that he knows how to dress.
