Was Chavis the issue for LSU's offense

It was well documented by A&M fans how fricked LSU would be without Chavis. We had no QB and no offense, Chavis was our only savior and he was gone.
A&M on the other hand had an unstoppable offense and now Chavis was there to fix the D.
Fast forward and LSU has the better QB and offense by far. A&M can't run the ball or complete throws

A&M's offense was never unstoppable. Look at their record against LSU and Alabama as proof. They're just even worse than usual this year.

Yes really. Chavis handcuffed LSU's offense. We all know this. It was a major talking point in the off-season.

Seriously though, in 2013 Chavis would actually tell the offense to slow down or stop passing because he wanted the defense to get more rest. LSU's offense was great that year and Chavis' defense was trash.
