Actually, most of those threads are making fun of y'all for not going to Atlanta, the Nkemdiche incident, and Hugh Freeze's misguided tweet about reporting violations.

but WHY? In all seriousness I want to know why I opened the Rant to find more than 5 new threads devoted to making fun of/celebrating the impending demise of Ole Miss. Has something new emerged? New evidence?

The majority of them have a link inside of those threads you can click on and contain quotes from the said article. It's a new thing now a days.

Bottom line... You started a shitty thread, just to add to the shitty threads, about the shitty threads. Similar to win people ask what the score of a game is... While typing the text on their smart phone. Just click something and use 10 seconds of your time to find the answers. Then when you retain the information, you can contribute in the dialogue. Don't have to start a shite thread and act oblivious when there is a whole front page on the matter. Don't play dumb.

You are getting way to bent out of shape about this. Unlike your poor analogy, there was no thread saying "BREAKING: Almost half of reported OM violations come from football." All I saw and clicked on were multiple joke threads and jabs at Ole Miss. All I wanted to know was why everyone was starting all of these threads. Turns out that the only thread that had the link in the OP was one that made an asinine stab at Houston Nutt; not exactly something that says "click me to find out new info"
