Lol right. The university has been nothing but transparent and open about everything regarding Von. He was suspended as soon as he was suspected and Von twisted in the wind for over three months while waiting to hear back from the DA.

The understanding has been there that if he was guilty, we would know about it and he would be out the door. Glad he apparently didn't do it, but he'd be gone if he had, no if ands or buts.

bad news now is he has to go before the school to be allowed back before he can even come back on the team. Heard that could take a month for a hearing.
