VOLS dumping adidas in favor of Nike

According to VQ, coaches have been informing recruits that Tennessee will be switching to Nike in 2015.

You can tell how Adidas tries to incorporate some of their soccer jersey designs into American Football Jerseys. It just doesn't work. A&M's jerseys looked horrific last week and that gold lettering on State's jerseys looked a little too "Broadway Show Tunes-FABULOUS," to me.

As an Aggie, I hated Adidas until we became their golden child. Once we joined the SEC and added Sumlin, they really stepped up their game. Secretly planning our black jerseys against Mississippi State's all whites and white out was great. They got MSU all pumped up and didn't tell them anything about our uniforms.

TAMU's jerseys last week when they played LSU looked awful. They had that "murdered out," matted look to the helmets. TAMU is way too traditional of a school to have such crazy looking uniforms. It just doesn't match the conservative military image the University has.
