Wagers clearly states that the call on the field was "a fumble out of bounds.". In other words, Lester fumbled in bounds, but the ball was not recovered by either team before going out of bounds;

Do the words "fumble out of bounds" mean only that or could they also mean the fumble occurred after the player stepped out of bounds? Sometimes people are blinded by their own bias to the point that they can't realize there might be more interpretations than the one they've chosen to believe.

That's pretty bad. Obvious cheat is obvious. Guarantee that ref has a "Bama Man Cave" at home.

If you watch the play it is obvious that we had the first down, when the ref was spotting it a yard short he would have given us a bad spot and Nick Saban would've raised hell.

I thought the player was short, clearly short. Then we got the weird favorable spot, which I still thought wasn't enough, and THEN they signaled first down without measuring...and it was definitely within measuring range.

That's the way I saw it live. Even backed up on the tv and watched it several times.

I personaly enjoyed the two blatent blocks in the back right next to the ball carrier on the kickoff return for a TD. Neither came close to getting their helmet in front of the man they were blocking.

That's just good coaching.

By rule, you dont have to get your helmet in front of a defender when blocking them if they turn from you right as you are engaging them

The second one I'll concede he turned shortly before getting blocked in the back (worse of the two), but the first one he did not.

Do you watch sports and every time the ref's or umpire's miss a call complain about it "3 years later"?

Rhetorical question: Only when it goes in Bama's favor, huh.

Because the money spent on the ref should also pay for better acting and not allow the refs to get caught in the act.

What is the deal with the video? I didn't see anything accept the ref spotting the ball. What is everyone seeing that I'm not?
And yes I'm serious

Well in the middle of the 3rd quarter Bama only had 1 penalty for 3 yds. The refs must have a hard time seeing hands grabbing jersies with Saban hounding them during the game.

Well we should be just like the refs and ignore suspicious calls by the refs in favor of Football U.

I guess he could have mispoken and meant to say fumbled after going out of bounds, but fumbled the ball out of bounds is standard terminology for a fumble while in play and the ball goes out of bounds.
