Vandy baseball is putting up more offense than Vandy football.

I know they're getting their asses kicked, but I wouldn't mind seeing Raccuia at Alabama. He was our hitting coach and recruiting coordinator from 06-07. We won the SEC in 06 and went to a SR (lost to runner up North Carolina).

quote:

Among hitters Raccuia coached in his two seasons at Alabama was Detroit Tigers All-Star catcher Alex Avila, who was an all-SEC selection in 2007 under Raccuia.

Gaspard has one more year. If he's done and Radford has another strong season, Raccuia is a name we should remember.

We're trying. They keep hitting our batters though.

Nice uniform Vandy. Just wondering why there isn't an SEC logo on it like everybody else?

That's what they all say. Oh we didn't really mean to score that last TD or the the last three before that it just sorta happened...

We could easily have 5 or 6 more. We've held runners, and we're doing everything short of just standing at the plate with the bat on our shoulder. The "scrubs" are in.

A run rule is really needed.

I thought Radford was a girl's school? Well - either way, good win for Derek Mason

Sorry, I was just teasing you. I probably should've added an I know y'all aren't doing it on purpose.

Radford hasn't been a girl's school since 1972.

UMass (34-31 W), South Carolina (48-34 L), Charleston Southern (21-20 W), and Old Dominion (42-28 W). Of those 4 games, the offense scored 21 against UMass, 20 against SC, 21 against CS, and 42 against ODU.

You joke, but that is reality. It was bowling shoe UGLY.

Fair enough. Just saw the T and figured it was trolling. Didn't check who it was actually posting.

From a look at the box score you'd think it is

We do have some powerful rolls but we're not all bad.

You joke, but that's more points than their football team scored in 8 of their 12 games.

Nothing can be uglier than the loss against Mississippi State. At least we had some semblance of an offense in those games. Not a great semblance, I grant. One you'd have to squint real hard to see the resemblance to an actual offense, but at least it was there.

I'll take something you never hear during football season for $800 Alex.
