To be honest, if there really is a video of it, then that would open up the "she's lying" angle even more.

I'm laughing at this only because of what I assume to be the victim's mindset just 12 hours before this incident.

That's what I think too. Proves she was there, with who, etc. And if she appeared to be impaired from alcohol, that would show an inability to consent.

makes sense, if it's something like DUI, etc...the names are easily released, but in this case I can see holding the names.

Do I think this may be a situation similar to the Stuebenville case? We'll never really know.
If there's a trial we'll learn more than this girl ever wants to get out and the cycle of future sexual assault victims hesitating to report will continue.
